What we collect
FitCore365 stores the account and health information you choose to provide, including profile details, daily logs, meals, workouts, measurements, wellness check-ins, supplement or protocol records, and bloodwork you upload. We also receive basic technical information needed to authenticate requests, prevent abuse, and operate the service.
How we use it
We use your information to show your history and trends, calculate progress, personalize your daily plan, operate subscribed features, provide reminders, and improve reliability. FitCore365 is a personal tracking tool and does not sell your personal health information.
Service providers
Firebase provides account authentication, PostgreSQL infrastructure stores app records, Stripe processes web subscriptions, and AI providers process the minimum submitted content needed for features such as meal scanning, coaching, journal analysis, or bloodwork extraction. These providers process information on our behalf under their own security and privacy terms.
Apple Health
When you grant permission, the native app reads selected Apple Health data to help fill your daily log. Raw HealthKit data is read on your device and is not stored wholesale by FitCore365. You can change Health permissions in iOS Settings.
Security and retention
We use authenticated, encrypted connections and user-scoped access controls. No online service can guarantee absolute security. We retain account information while your account is active and as needed for legitimate operational, legal, and fraud-prevention purposes.
Your choices
You can correct profile information in the app, control Health and notification permissions on your device, and permanently delete your account from the Danger Zone in Profile. Account deletion removes app health records and the linked authentication account and stops future billing where applicable.
