For sign-in problems, billing questions, privacy requests, bug reports, or feedback, email marin.julio@gmail.com. Include the email address on your FitCore365 account and a short description of what happened. Do not email passwords, full bloodwork documents, or other sensitive health information.
Medical questions
FitCore365 cannot provide medical diagnosis or emergency support. Contact a qualified healthcare professional for clinical advice and emergency services for urgent symptoms.
Account deletion
You can permanently delete your account without contacting support: open Profile, scroll to Danger Zone, and choose Delete Account.
